your right this does not need an explanation so true and so powerful - if only the choices were this simple - unfortunately sometimes we don't have choices at all

Well thought out piece of art, combining the richness of the west and third world poverty.

My question would be who is the most content, and the answer the third world countries as us in the west are never satisfied with what we have got.

Real thought provoking piece, Thanks for sharing this, Mark

This is fantastic to look at and also a very strong image to enter the two worlds contest! To me it shows a child whose choices will determine whether she leads a life of abdundance or a life of hardship, I guess they are both on offer but which door will she choose? Great work!

A most effective look at the decisions the children are making. Do we honor the old traditions or do we go for the I-pods and plasma TV's.. There is a culture clash going on everywhere and the outcome is yet to be determined...Great work Cleo...Dennis

This is powerful. The child at the crossroad of decision, with the sun setting is good stuff. I like the delicate way you have handled this, well put together and very, very deep. Donkeyoatey

Hats off for all the effort that you put in here. Let's see, in the left of frame we have fashion fast cars and good times. On the right nature, maturity and wisdom. Nice work and thanks for sharing. I know which side I would choose :-)

You just don't need to explain or describe this photograph, and it sure speaking it self, two worlds, the one people are not aware of, on left hand side, people who lives in dark. Very expressive work, and you have portray two worlds very neatly. Lovely sunset and the silhouetted trees, a touch of modern and the poor worlds. Well done and all the best for the contest.
