Wow, you're so close you practically have a macro here. Great shot setup and result. The detail is fantastic as the focus and DOF is right on. A little wing blur is not distracting but is amazing even at 1/1500. There is a lot to like about this shot including the compostion. Someone will probably knock you for cropping the tail off. I like your crop. It creates a lot of focus on the head area where it should be.

Fantastic shot - the movement in the wings yet clarity of the body is beautiful, they move so fast it is amazing you could get a shot like this, even with a tripod. Bravo.

Another great picture of a hummingbird. Great shot at capturing it in flight. Your focus is right on target. You can see the eyes so clearly. Same with it's mouth. I like the blur background, gives this bird a nice touch. Well Done! Charlene
