An interesting idea and not one I have ever witnessed before. Since the numbers are odd I am guessing one os the umpire. The photo itself is interesting in its disorganized nature.

Like the photo this looks like good fun to play doesn't it. Love the deep blue water and the white boats dotted on it. Pity the bar on the net wasn't a different colour as it stands out too much. But obviously that's the colour and can't do too much about it.
