Wonderful technique, very well drawn. The shading in the angle shows depth and detail. The clouds parting to let light come threw. Thank you for creating and sharing.

here is another six to your collection. Despite the not sop good quality of the photo I can see how detailed and beautiful the work is. Only thing I would change is the framing. I think you should bring him down to the frame and show the head in full. Positioning on the right side is fine. Finest class nonetheless.

Thank you Bret. As always, your review is so insightful. I agree that he should be brought down in the frame. Good suggestion. Thank you also for the 6 stars.

Thank you Reganato.

Amazing detail with just that one simple pencil. What I like best is the composition and how even without seeing a face, the emotion of the waiting comes through clearly and distinctly. There is something about the statue of the angle and the angle of the torso that helps convey that so well. Very nicely done.

Your creation is a success. You've managed to evoke a feeling of anticapation and joy. The softness is felt, but the details are seen.

Another marvelous work. The rich textures of the sky balanced against the luminous angel. Evokes very strongly the desired effect. A remarkable talent. Thanks

Wow, amazing talent and stirring work. I very much like that you have the angel off center looking at the heavenly light. It is much more powerful that way. Thank you.

Thank you for your noticing the off center approach. One reviewer criticized me on it. Thank you for your support.

I can imagine that some reviewers go strictly by the book on reviewing a work. Thats' too bad. They missed your meaning completely. You can be confident that you are a very talented artist with a creative perspective. I look forward to viewing your work. Rebecca

I look at this work of art and I ask myself, ¨How did she get white paper to look so sunny?¨ And then I answer, ¨Maybe she took the photo of the drawing with a flash and then found a miracle... the flash was where the sun was located.¨ I am probably way off, but how else do you explain this? Remarkable work... once again, the wing attachment challenges the imagination. But what´s wrong with a little challenge here and there?

Dear Oliver, Do we really know how wings are attached to angels. I had a hard time with this one. One of my first drawings. Every drawing has it's challenges and discoveries. Thank you for always reviewing my work.

it sounds like I need to apologize for wanting wings to come out of the shoulder blades. Sorry about that, I just thought they might work better. I am somewhat of a realist when it comes to angels ;)
