Now this is what I call a true macro and a beautiful shot at that.
I especially love the two colors of the tulips (natural or not)and the falling droplet.
The blue background is in perfect harmony.

The use of shade and shadows is perfect for this intimate shot. The water drops add the perfect bit of DOF. The royal blue background is an elegant feel for the tulip blooms. Nice job of the artistic presentation.

Interesting macro with this blue curtain in the background - your composition is unusual - well framed for your objective - pin sharp in details, great focus and exposure interesting light influx - perfect contrast and DDOF - your picture is pin sharp in details and has all the criteria for this contest , the droplets are a playful add , your picture is nicely composed with a special color combination, well done, all the best for the contest

I have looked over and over again to decide if it is a drop I am looking at underneath the purple tulip or something else. From your title I guess it is a drop, but it is not as circular and sharp as one expect to see. I also think the yellow tulip at the bottom is a bit soft. Still both flowers are standing out well against the background. I has however some noise.
I think the exposure is good, but the balance of colors could have had less blue in my opinion. The tight cropping works well and I think the flowers has got a good placement within the frame. It is a lovely photo but I think it needs some adjustments. Still I wish you luck with the contest.
