The daisies have entered a new dimension the classics, it shows how very versatile the creator is. I am sure she is crying because he asked her up stairs and he is so disappointed as she said no.

    My pleasure.

You have used much brighter colors in this one. I love it. Just a fantastic Southern Boy creation. Everything in this picture is caught from the last scene in the movie. Rhett waving Scarlet's plea away, and Scarlet shedding her selfish tear. You are so great MK.

Ha! Love it!
Your cartoons continue to show your creativity and your desire to tease and provoke your viewer into thinking and smiling. Your details are always good and your scene, though sometimes full, rarely feels cluttered. I think it is because of the like flowers. Nice work as usual.

Another excellent cartoon in your Daisy series. Great expressions on the faces, telling a story like "Gone with the Wind". I like the colours you used for this and the excellent detail in the clock and pictures on the wall.

Very good composition. Suzanne

How could I not come back and review the wind. Very dramatic. I'm surprised he's not missing petals as scarlet may have tried the "he loves me, he loves me not" technique. Lol, (wink, wink)

Initial Impact:

Entertaining and smile producing.

Feelings Evoked:

A remembrance of the all time hit movie. The drama, the intrigue and of coarse the passion.

Technical and Artistic elements:

Your eye to detail in every one of your cartoons is always astounding. The equal size and shape of each brick. The evenly spaced balusters. The hands on the clock and the pendulum in motion as indicated with it captured during a swing. The pictures on the wall. Although they are cartoons - you take your work seriously as shown with the details to light as well. The light shadows under the leafs (arms), the darker hues to suggest pleats in the dress. The depth given by the smaller doors in the background. Yep - your modesty and humor is short lived in your artist notes until someone truly takes the time to see your attention to every little detail. My only recommendation to make this more authentic, would be to have the stair case spiraling down from the right (if memory serves it was a steep staircase to the right of the front door.) Wink

Summary: Thank you for these amazing fun filled images that allow us to unplug from today's craziness and remember quieter times. LOL
