I think you would be hard pushed to get a more colorful image than this. Every color of the rainbow is represented in this photo, and I especially like how the feathers of the tail are standing out in a star shape. Even all the colors in the background don't make this look too busy. They just seems to belong there.
Your photo is of course also nice and sharp showing really clear and well defined details, and the exposure is perfect.
The filters you have added works well for this photo, and it has a good framing. The peacock has got a fine placement within the frame giving this photo a fine flow and balance. Indeed a colorful and well taken shot, and I wish you luck with the contest.

The presentation is very well done with the main body in center and the feathers exploding outward. That effect has a very strong visual impact.
Your technical skills are well done as well with sharpness on the whole image, great colour saturation and tightly formatted onto canvas causes the viewer to immediately engage in the image.
From artistic presentation, to technical savviness this image looks like it very well could be a winner. A smorgasbord of visual delight.
