I really enjoy this piece of art. :) I like the border and the bubbles cutting into it some and that you have the two fish directly interacting. Composition wise, it's very strong. having the more saturated/dark colors behind the school of fish and then lighter background colors behind the two "kissing" fishies.

This is so colorful, and well presented, that it just invites us the viewer to spend time looking around. I know nothing about this type of art, but I do know that the bubbles escaping the frame add nice depth. Colors are vibrant, and I like the whimsical feel.
