The best feature of your photo are the white foreground feathers---the layers, colors, and "bent" positions make the picture very interesting. The filter you used in the water was certainly successful. This is one handsome photo!

to me this photo doesn't looks that great , the texture of the subject looks a bit unreal can't say why, guess is the filter...

Your editing must have worked because the water doesn't look bad at all. Thebird with its wings spread is a nice touch and you took advantage of an opportune moment. Nice exposure and framing.

Ducks are one of passions in life especially with my camera in hand. This is a classic shot and very, very well done! Caught the duck just coming out of the water and the colors are perfect! Love the look of the water as well. Lovely.

A beautiful stop action picture of the Mallard Drake as he is about to take off from the lake his wings outspread, his iridescent green head & blue/green wing stripe glowing in the light. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques with sharp focus.
