great contest entry, I like the way the lit up buildings stand out well against the deep blue sky, good capture on the lights which reflect well in the calm water, I like the framing with the viewers eye being led around the scene by the pier/dock, the lone photographer adds interest to the scene and tells a story, nice focus, clarity, colour, framed for maximum impact. thanks for sharing, good luck in the contest.
