A beautiful photo of Kardamili on the shore of the Mediterranean sea. Great composition and balance, the sturdy and cool stone houses surrounded by the luscious greenery, under the blue sky and light clouds. A patch of the deep blue sea can be seen towards the horizon.

This is such a great photo! I had to give it five and a half stars. I looks like an oil painting. Everything is so balanced, such an idealistic place to want to visit. This photo belongs on a postcard. The sharpness, vivid colors and the duller colors, contrast all unify together.

I love the subtle colours in this lovely shot of the village. I like the angle you used, showing just a glimpse of the sea beyond the colourful houses. It looks a lovely place to visit.

First, Annie, thank you for the history/mythological lesson. I love learning. My father said that education and facts are always an asset.

The first think I notice about this photograph is the sky. Love it. I am a cloud person. The village is very well focused and displayed. Good detail and a great exposure. It makes me want to move there. Thank you for sharing.

Beautifully captured with excellent clarity, detail and DOF. I especially like how the angle of the composition draws the viewer's eye from the bottom right to the top left to follow the natural slope of the landscape. Wonderful natural colors too. Great job.

What a breathtaking view. I do admire the history inherent with parts of our world. Here is the US - we have zip / notta in comparison. This is a lovely shot with nice balance, color, detail and perfect exposure. Makes a viewer want to book airfare. LOL Kathy
