Oh lord, quite breathtaking and oh so beautiful. I have nothing but complete admiration for you. My patience wouldn't allow me to create something so beautiful as this. You are truly gifted and just looking at this drawing brings tears to my eyes. I used to be that little girl, your granddaughter once too, in a tutu dreaming of being...well amazing I guess. Isn't life wonderful.

Oh my. This is simply a lovely work of art. The soft and muted colors and subtle shades of gray and pink (?) are so well done. I am not artist, but I know what I like. This is simply a great work of art. Very well done. Thank you for posting.

This is so cute, Linda. Easy to imagine what she must be feeling or thinking. Beautiful work on all counts. Would be gorgeous in any room of the house, and not just a little girls room. Something really odd though. You say you used graphite pencil, but on my monitor it looks sepia toned. Is it just my monitor, or does graphite come in different colors now, LOL. Love it!! Stunning. Wish I had a higher rating than a mere six. :))mw

Wonderful work. I love the story and can imagine one of my own. I can not get a 6 to come up, this piece deserves an better rating.
Thought provoking, innocent and beautifully composed.

Your talent never seizes to amaze and astound me. What a superb work of art that should be hung on the parents wall, which I'm quite certain they are fighting for LOL. The way you put such detail into everything you do, wow! My all time favorite artist, as is most people, is Norman Rockwell, due to his talent of painting something so brilliantly it looks like a photograph. I think your talent is equal to or above his.
I am always in awh of your work .
Virtual six, due to me not having any more.

Is there a way to give you a 7?
I study art, not just get an impression and move on. I especially study yours. The lines defining the wood floor, the thin line of sunlight on the bench legs, the little sliver of shadow off one leg, the curl of metal on the bench leg. You are THE master of detail. The shadows of different intensity on her arm, neck and face and especially her feet simply put me in awe of your talent.
How good the Lord is to give you such a gift so he can bless us through you!
I recently discovered the wonderful electric eraser. Do you use one?
Do you even erase?
Since Betty Jo and I have six grandchildren (3 boys and 3 girls) and two of the girls were in ballet this one brings back good memories.

Pastor, your encouraging words really help me. The Lord has put you on this site. I don't know about the electric eraser. I didn't know that there was such a thing. Yes, I erase a lot. I am going to look this contraption up on the internet. Thank you so much dear friend. How old are your grandchildren.
