Love the colors and the detail in the picture especially in the purple part makes me want to touch it. Actually, I want to touch the whole thing. Never seen one before. So unusual. And getting to see the added bonus of a pod in the background before it bloomed is neat too. Not only do I love seeing pictures on here, but I like learning a little something also. Thanks for sharing!

A beautiful shot with fine depth of field and outstanding colors. I like the composition with the bud and seedpod but might clone out the bright lower left corner.

hmmnnn...thought I read this already Mike....lol...must be I just KNEW you'd spot that bright lower left corner. Good point though...I'll have to go back and work on that. Thanks so much for visiting my flowers!
