Lovely result. I really enjoy the vibrant color and the lighting. Just the perfect highlight over the bloom and great deep shadowed background. Nice pop to the red and yellow of the Poppy. Your focus is stamen, pistil and petal solid. Fantastic. Thanks for sharing.

The poppy is well photographed and in focus and background thrown out by using a large aperture. White object to top left of poppy is distracting. could it be cloned down or masked so not as bright? also remember subjects look better it odd numbers - you have 2 poppy's.

This is gorgeous. The lighting you have captured is rich and bold. The light hits the center perfectly. Your extra zoom paid off allowing the close up details to shine. Terrific focus and very well framed. Just beautiful (and that re/orange color is my favorite).

The composition is great with the two of them smiling at me. That white cotton ball in the left upper corner sure does scream for attention, you would do well to clone it out.

I have been shooting using a 600mm lens on an APS-C body to shoot spring wildflowers. I bring a variety of lenses but like the perspective of a long lens in close (3 M or so). A fine shot with great details and beautiful colors. Very nice separation of the subject from its background.
