You are so right. Which religion you belong to has nothing to with the strong wish for peace. And it doesn't matter which religion you belong to, to appreciate this lovely photo either. I especially like the fine reflection you have captured, and also the dark background. It makes both the candle and the rosary to stand out in an excellent way. I feel that you wanted to show us that there is a light in all the darkness.
Your photo is also nice and sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen all over. I also think the exposure is very good.
Also the way you have cropped this photo works well, but personally I might have taken just a tad off on each side. The centered position of the candle is however perfect. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Mary Eileen.

Meg, this is well taken with excellent focus and exposure. The color is simply beautiful. Your reflection is crisp. My only regret is that your reflection doesn't include the flame of the candle which makes the image feel chopped off.

I like the pose of chain cross candle .with the dark surround & the reflection adds depth to view That at first glance carries a msg of peace .Work across the board Focus etc very good thanks for a view that many may not be brave enough to do .Nice work and words Thanks have a safe day
