Very interesting perspective. I could not figure out what this was. Than I read your notes. This is a reflection on the lake. The top is real. The bottom is the reflection. You didn't not use a flash correct? The only thing I would do, and it is small. Is to darken a bit on the left middle top.It is a bit too bright. The reflection of it is perfect.

A very eye catching scene from Reed Flute Cave. The lighting makes the details stand out. The colors are vivid and clear. The mirror reflection effect works well with this scene. Well done Fred ~ Steve

Fred,
A brilliant picture of these wonderful natural caves created by dripping water down trough the rocks above the stalagmites laid down & still growing over the centuries beautifully reflected on the underground lake the artificial coloured lights adding an other worldly atmosphere to the scene.
Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

This is amazing. It looks like a painting or movie set (Superman's birth place?) Colors are rapturous, texture as well. The darker band across the middle with that great brown sculpture just off center, the angles of limestone at top and bottom - all in all a photos one could get lost in for ages. Very nice cropping and choice of what i assume were about a million shots! Good luck in the contest!
