lol....actually lise....the white one is a VERY white variety. It makes all the colored ones I grow look better I think. Do appreciate you checking out my new post. Thanks so very much.

I have these phloxes (the King) growing wild in my pasture. Very beautiful in the spring with a field of purple. You did a fine job in a low light condition. The bokeh in the background really makes the flowers stand out. Good job on adding the white to the purple. I think it would have been a very boring photo if it wasn't there. Good job

'The King' is actually a late season variety of PHLOX Vince so probably not exactly the same as what you have growing wild. Do appreciate you checking out my new post though. Thanks so much.

That's another Outstanding picture,my friend!
The 'Semi Electric Blue' coloration of some of the blossoms drew me right into the scene ( It looks a lot like 'Petty Blue',a favorite shade for a lot of us 'Old School' NASCAR fans! ) and ,once again, your great notes really 'complete the scene'!
Groovy! : D

A very nice shot. This variety seems to have more space between the florets than I am used to seeing. The colors are eye catching and the white one is perfectly exposed.

'The King' is a tall, late-season variety mm. I have found that the taller ones all seem to have lots of room between individual flowers. Makes it nicer to photograph them I think. Do appreciate you checking them out. Thanks so much.

a very nice capture Deb. as it still grows as the top one towers above the rest and a white one in with them.
great clarity as you catch open and closed ones. great story to go with it as it must be a busy spring for you.
thank you for sharing.

ron
