a very nice shot nikman,
as enjoy seeing the old boat and size as the nose it so high for the waves and anchor's and rope to store uptop.
as I like the water and green grass in the background.
a very nice shot of the old days.
thank you for sharing.
always,
ron

I do love old wrecks and the ship is a very different find. Like the perspective you have taken it from and the color, lighting and focus are all great. :) Mary

A nice capture of old ship. Rusty color makes the color varied and enjoyable to look at. Focus on the ship is good. Light is well handled so as to keep the ship as the focal point and not the white sky.

Well done and thanks for sharing.

On the list of photographers dream locations is abandoned ships. Not sure why but I suspect it has to do with "where has it been?" and why was it abandoned and what adventures did it have? Of course, there are always the curves and lines of the original beauty. Usually accompanied by a certain sadness. A vey nice image.

great presentation of this old boat. Absolutely love the composition ,how it fills the framework with no distractions externally to the subject which in itself attracts the eye with its sharpness of focusing and its rustic palette ...good work and well done for taking opportunity to shoot such interesting objects

Cool rugged photo with the dreary sky in the background. The title sets the tone of it, giving the ship an uplifting tone, showing reverence towards it instead of it just looking like a hunk of junk. Great detail, and I especially how the contrast was able to preserve the details in the dark.

Hi nikman,

I can't even imagine who would go out in this ship if it was still in service! Nice Job of catching this old wreck and displaying the decay. The lighting and focus really show it off. It is a great visual and one can only imagine the stories it could tell. Very Nicely Done! :o) Helvi

Initial Impact: Man that has seen better days.
Good focus and nice angle for the shot.
DOF is good, and it is well framed.
Color is rich, right down to the rust.
Thanks for sharing and HAGD.
