This is a well focussed, crisp image containing a lovely blend of colours. The eye easily follows the water forwards and upwards with the flow. were you standing on a bridge, I wonder?

Yep the water do look rough. The capture of the light is great. The angle of the shot of rough water is great. The clarity is great. The image is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall
