mary, what a fun photo!

Their antics are amusing and ever present in this wonderful capture you took.

We see each pelican clearly and in perfect form.

the background is delightful and quite a pleasant scene.

A very nice looking quartet you have there. It looks as though the structure they are perched on was designed for this purpose. Very good colors and good detail in the birds.

This is a fun and cute photograph and I am an animal lover so I enjoy virtually any art with animals. The pelicans look happy and like they are definitely having a great day. They look so expressive and this picture puts a smile on my face. The photograph itself was taken very well and there is ample light shining on the water, really making it come to life, so to speak. Thank you for sharing this with us. It brightened my day for sure.

Mary,
A beautifil picture of this quartet of Pelicans perched on the bar above the water deep in conversation until they spy some activity in the water's beneath them that might, indicate food swimming by. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Wow! what a brilliantly timed photograph of this well trained/close knit bunch of pelicans, all 4 of them quite comfortably settled on this little perch. Great POV and cropping/positioning, catching them as you say mid conversation or debate. The clarity is crisp and lighting good - great picture, well done! :)

These Pelicans are indeed posing nicely for you, and they could not have stood out better from the background. You have also captured a fine shine and ripples in the water.

Your photo is also very sharp and it is clear and well defined details to be seen in all the birds. I also think both the white balance and the exposure is spot on.

The photo is nicely framed and the birds have got a fine position a bit off to the right. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo, and with a very good DOF.
