A very nice looking cattle egret. I like the exposure for the white plumage and the sharp detail in the eye. The composition is excellent and the colors are attractive. Best of luck in the contest.

A serene portrait with a steely gaze as if she's staring at something interesting...

Sharply focused facial details & fine fluff textures.

Verdant backdrop pops out the subject aesthetically.

Subtle illumination just enough to cast soft highlights & faint shadows but no blown out spots.

Ideal off centered framing...

Nice perspective & narrow DOF.
