Well it is a wild flower and you captured it beautifully along with the hover bee caught in mid flight. Everything sharp as a bell and pops with muted background. Detail is great revealing the many stamens and beautiful lavender silky cotton petals. Enjoy how the veins of the large leaves that stand out. Framed very well with bee and very well done. WOW! I'll take a cyber six any day! I did know I captured the little hoverfly in the shot. I saw him buzzing around and aimed right at the flower, so when he came in I could capture him. Thank you SO much for the incredible review! :o) Helvi

It is as if I hear a hummmmm and than "Bee at work is seeking permission to land." The focus on the bee and plant was spot on. The bee and the thistle like buds are very sharp and emphasized by the softer background.

Wow, I can't believe this is hand held. What was your shutter speed,must have been very fast?
Even if there is a slight blur on the hover fly it matters naught for the action is caught and the flowers are sharp as a pin. You can see there is a curved diagonal of elements...fly - two flowers...there is a visual bend and that adds balance thereby making this a radiant stand out image.
I would not touch a thing. AND yes, I understand perfectly how excited you were to find this in your viewfinder and to capture it. KUDOS

The shutter speed was 1/160, The aperture was 4 And the ISO Speed was 125. A LOT of my images are hand held. I like getting very close to my subject! Off course that doesn't
include bears. LOL I'm SO glad you enjoyed the image and felt I did a good job capturing it! Thank you So much for the incredible review! I am honored beyond words! :o) Helvi
