The light on the water and in the clouds makes it look more like a daylight shot to me. I like the composition though and wish you the best of luck in the contest.

This is a night shot. The photo was taken at 8:44 PM at the rise of a fool moon. It might shows better in the original color photo, but I found the black and white version more dramatic.
