I am not a traditional artist but I do appreciate good art. I review traditional art
as a spectator would at an art show,art fair etc. I have only one question in mind
when I view a work and that is would it have a place on one of the walls in my
home.This is an excellent piece of traditional art and I would be happy to place it on one of my walls.

A lovely painting here showing some of the various characters and the diversity of ethnicity at the jesuit centre you speak of, not surprising as they are refugees - people from all walks of life, age and sex - painted brilliantly with exaggerated or emphasised features, from different angles which makes good viewing as it makes the viewer's eyes really study the whole of the piece and each individual one by one. Brilliant, vibrant colours are used throughout and great detail and good proportions on the faces of the people, a wonderful multiple portrait if you will, great work and very well composed. :)

thank you...the Jesuits have teaching centres all over the place. They don't pay well /half of my college pay, but my expenditure is small-/ I have this thing I do, something voluntary at all times, not much, enough that I can manage to cope with a money job too.. Here I run a writers group for the methodist church--I have had some interesting posts working voluntarily all over the world.
