A lovely shot of this robin, quite a large and perhaps old Robin, or it could be that the species of Robin is not one we see in England - captured with wonderful DOF and a hint of bokeh with the focus, and sharp clarity that captures the robin in fantastic natural sunlight that shows it in it's full glory as it perches with it's head held high. It's nice that you left so much surrounding detail in this piece, usually I'd suggest losing so much clutter but it is all actually in harmony and works well visually as a complete piece, and also provides good contrast and proportion. A fantastic shot, well done :)

I use my cellphone camera and it does limit what you can photograph. The Background is Fabulous! Color and Lighting is Great! Your Clarity and Depth of Field are Wonderful! Great Point of View! Excellent Depth of Field! Looks like you did a Great Job with your New Lens! Way to Go! Thanks for Sharing ;)

Love the setting. The old wooden fence really works nicely with the colors. Sunlight is great . The angel of the bent twig brings the eye down into the photo and almost points out the robin. Great Christmas present!

Your camera is doing a great job! Wonderful composition of the leaving bird. It is great he had the opportunity to have a snack before leaving for the long trip :)
The vines making impression of the empty house, and Fall is coming. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like she's looking right at you Mary Eileen.

Nice time of the day to get this image....the light is so nice falling on the little guy. He's well detailed w/ a wonderful little sparkle in his eye. Colors are natural.

May have cropped this one differently....both right and left frame but your little Robin himself is really nicely presented.

Great shot of a robin. It appears to be posing for you as if to say "I am ready for my closeup."
I do enjoy the textures and fall colors surround the little critter.
The light actually has a pleasant fall quality to it and adds a nice ambiance.
A little cropping on the left of the robin (dark space) might be in order, but I think it's a great shot.
