Wow! This is beautiful photography of the gentle falls with the golden light from sunset. Gorgeous colors in the sky with interesting cloud formation. A excellent composition with nice movement in your scene. A wonderful entry into the Water in Nature Contest and a good contender. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing these wonderful scenes.

Very beautiful composition and great first impression. The lighting and colors are perfect. I love the glowing look of the water and the clarity of the waves. I also like how the sky takes up half of the photo and water the other half. Thanks for sharing

Well you do know how to take pictures. This is stop action with the wave on the left just starting to fall over the wall. Beautiful coloration with that sunset off in the right far distance. Can't help but to wonder where you were standing when you captured this shot. Reasons for my five vote.

Thank you for your review and comments Carl. This row of breakers was protecting a small bay in Playa del Carmen where yachts and boats are anchored. I was able to get on the down wave side of the breakers, standing in the water to get this shot. I have several from the other side which catch the splashing of the waves against the breakers. I will eventually post some from that angle also ~ Steve
