Good to see he is wearing a hat out in the sun. Vivid colors once again capture the eye as you look at the artwork and your flower characters are always enjoyable to view :)

An outstanding use of humor in this shot. The fact that it is based on a real person with an interesting story makes it especially noteworthy. I enjoy any art that makes me smile. This definitely does.

I saw this briefly the other day but didn't have time to have a proper look, I'm glad I have now - great story behind it and a wonderful ode to a true character, drawn with grace, great colours and precision in the drawing and a good sense of depth, as well as being relatable to the narrative. Sharp details, good, bright vibe, good humour, great work well done :)

Such strength in this fabulous fellow's pose. Captures me. To be honest I would walk with him barefoot with no problem as long as there's not a bunch of stuff to step on. You have given him a great path. Fabulous color - thanks for sharing.

Another very humorous flower art with a story to tell. The colors are bold and have impact. The subject is adorable with his cowboy hat, beard, mustache, long hair and walking stick. The sky is balanced with the two white clouds off the page and the two birds. The walkway gives a nice vanishing point. With his one petal foot lifted it almost makes you feel that the road is hot on his poor bare feet. Love it as usual.

Indeed that is funny. A flower tramp with a stetson and bare petals. Only you can have such funny ideas. He has a winning grin and mischievous eyes. He might have a sunburn in the face, but he seems happy. I would to on such a beautiful sunny day,

    I guess that is true. Flowers are smart. Humans indeed have more-less funny roots. Some of us climbing on tendrils and have their roots in the air. :O}

Mark,
A beautiful picture of this handsome bare petal traveller with a Stetson shielding his eyes & a walking pole aiding him when he goes into the hills. Beautiful composition created with very skilful draftsmanship beautiful choice blending & application of your colours in bringing this scene to life.

I really love this. The expression on the "dude" is fabulous. Kind of a mix of hipster, sage and Roy Rogers all rolled into one!
Very balanced piece. I love the little bit of stippling /shading just beneath the shrubs.
It gives it a lot more depth.
Well done (clapping and Woot!)
