Just happened to open FAR to see what is going on and here is this beautiful picture. I really like the colors as the central part contrasts so well with the outer petals of pastel blue. The not quite sharp focus adds to the overall softness of the flower. Cut off on the bottom but that is not a big deal. Another reminder of the past Spring and Summer as we begin to experience the sleep time of Winter for these little beauties. Hope all is well BB ~ Steve

Hi there BB. I am well except for just losing my entire response...damn! Yes, I was bummed that I cut off the bit of lower petal when photographing this guy but sharpness I was quite satisfied with. The stamens are almost translucent and do not photograph as well as the rest of the blossom. I was really concentrating on the pincushion-like SHAPE of the white center (just added that to my notes) anyway. Always so happy to find YOU at the end of a review. Thank you for a lovely one here and Happy Thanksgiving!!
