Judging from your notes it seems to me that what is going on are very special moments! Your beautiful image has a very appropriate full and central composition, good exposure plus it's nice and sharp. Nicely taken!

This is amazing. Reminds me of the photos in National Geographic...I love getting to see raw nature captured mid-movement...as in eating, flying, etc. You have a great eye!

Jelly Bean! lol...now that is a great thing to call it when the keeper rewards her w/ a dead mouse!

I really like the tight format Mary Liz...as Casper eats her 'jelly bean' Nice crisp focus on that gorgeous face. Your whites are spot on clean....nicely done there. Lovely sparkle in Casper's eyes too. She is well detailed throughout....and your notes are excellent w/ your piece. What a great way to spend a few hours....so glad you shared it w/ us as well.

Good artists notes....I love the storytelling with this image and Casper is gorgeous indeed and your capture is beautiful. Good camera techniques and nice is the angle of your shot. Your central composition is engaging. I love the big eyes and their expression....and the way they draw the eye into your photography. Your spot on focus with good lighting revealing good details of the feathers and markings on this stunning Barn Owl. Your disused background is accentuating your work beautifully.
