A great shot. The alert pose tells me that he knows you are there and is willing to let you watch him. I get the same feeling about the sandhill cranes in my yard. I like the tight framing and the wonderful colors.

Very nice photo of a deer close-up. The tight framing allows you to see all the details in his fur and eyes and the surrounding area. This almost looks like a painting the way you did it. The lighting is soft and works well. Nice work.

This is a lovely portrait of this young buck. Beautiful light, love the catchlights in the eyes. Excellent exposure with detail in both highlights and shadows. Color is vivid but not oversaturated. White balance is good. Love the crop, really well composed. Nice and sharp with just a touch of softness that lends itself well here. Well done.

This young prince is so beautiful and you have pictured him so well. I especially like the eye contact you had with him when the photo was taken, and he is also standing out from the green grass in the most excellent way.
Your photo is sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the animal. I also think the exposure is spot on.
The format and framing is perfect and the animal is well placed within the frame. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo, and with a very good DOF.
