I like how well you handled the light while working in the shade. The sky and background turned out nicely without ant overexposure. I think you chose an attractive statue as your subject. The details are crisp and the smiling face is a pleasant visual. Your framing is well balanced.

Very nice sculpture. Too bad you couldn't get info on it. This is a nice clear photo of the statue and nice lighting as well. Nice framing. I like your description.

This is a good entry for this contest. We do not know who he is. But, he is immortally made into this statue. If nobody remembers who he was, then he is no longer immortal. Nice composition and framing. Sharp focus and clarity. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

Quite a nice sculpture is set against those nice trees. To me the face does not look particularly Japanese, but the robes might be. Your fine photo is well composed, sharp and has good exposure. Well done and good luck!
