I love this form of painting. I actually attempted it once, but it did not turn out as well as yours.
Your colors are so vibrant and I love how you draw on the top of the colors.
Wonderful over all impact and presentation.
How do you go about adding the salt to the paint?

Thank you very much for your very nice review. I have a tub with different sized sea salt crystals, wet the paper thoroughly - it has to be about 300gm thickness or it doesn't work - then drop in various colours on to the wet paper, sprinkle salt crystals on it while still wet and then wait and see what happens! Great fun!

You have used the spontaneity of the watercolour to the hilt. Salt on wet paper comes out with all kinds of surprises! This is a creative exercise. The colours play off with each other well. Overall an interesting painting. Good luck!

This has lovely shades of red throughout. I really like the technique and how the salt gives the flowers texture. The details done in ink are also very nice! FYI: I saw this because of the banner ad so I think that certificate was a good idea. Worked to get my attention!

Well several "looking-like-they-were-planned" flowers, particularly red ones ended up in the frame. Also purple daisy looking flower. This is a good entry for the contest. Nice composition and framing. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

I really love the way all the flowers are filling the frame here. The red with bits of green and purple are Lovely. I like the creative process of using salt.
Beautiful piece that reminds me of stained glass.

This is really a beautiful watercolor. I love what the salt did to your work, but think it would've been amazing either way. The drawn flowers are so lovely to see and the colors just add beauty to them. Very eye catching and appealing to view.
