A fascinating and creative, alternative method of composing this piece, which I am sure the children enjoyed doing and with a great end result, showing the predominantly red piece with flowers outlined throughout, and patches of blue and green too that create good contrast. The effect the salt has had with the paint and water is clearly visible and shows interesting ripples and patches across the paper, adding extra depth to the piece. A nice, imaginative and different painting - well done and best of luck in the polls! :)

A beautiful picture of the randomly placed flowers & leaves a design that would make beautiful material or an framed picture to hang on my wall. Beautiful composition created with very skilful brushwork & draftsmanship beautiful choice blending & application of your colours in bringing this scene to life.

I am very familiar with the use of salt on water color paintings, and the eagerness to see the result. I think it has worked really well in this painting without it being over done. It is also lovely colors and I like how the blue and green are offering a nice contrast to all the red.
The shapes of the flowers and leaves are lovely and done with excellent pencil work. It is easy to see that this is done paying good attention to details.
The format and framing is very good and I like how the flowers are filling the frame. A truly lovely and well done water color painting, and I wish you luck with the contest.
