What kind of dog is Madam Juno? Why do you call Oliver the giver cat? I am assuming the two get along? It seems from Madam Juno's face, that she is looking forward to seeing Oliver. Nice emotion captured here with this portrait art. Work. Thank you for sharing and best of luck with this image

    Pamela,
    Thanks a million for your review.
    Madame Juno is a little cross breed a mixture between a Wicklow Collie, a Springer Spaniel & a small terrier...she looks like a Collie with the spotted legs of a Springer Spaniel she is about 18 inches tall.
    Oliver the Ginger cat belongs to one of my neighbours...his likes to hunt birds & Juno likes to stop him
    (Cat's were put on the earth to tease Dogs & Dogs to chase them!)

What a cute puppy! You have captured his curiosity and personality well. The composition is well framed and the focus and exposure are well done. Love it.

    Pat,
    Thanks a million for your complementary review on my wonderful Madame Juno~Dog who may be nearly 14 but at heart she is still very Puppy like & well able to give Oliver the Cat a run for his money.

Judging by the look of interest on his face I would say he has a very keen interest in that cat! Your full and central composition offers a very enjoyable look at your dog. Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely taken!

a very good close up portrait of Madame Juneau as I like, not smoling at the camera ; she looks very concerned about Oliver;
excellent control of exposure for the b&w;
