What a rich and vibrant use of the symbolism of the white horse and native American princess. I love the use of the feathers on the horse and princess, giving them a sky-god/ess feel. Very beautiful. Wishing you the best in the contest! You have a wonderful entry.

Hi moonwillow thanks for sharing this awesome artwork Cherokee dream, along with your notes to compliment the scene. Love your work. It has a very peaceful emotion emanating from within. Love the sharp angular expression of the girl, with part of her face nicely shadowed for mystical purpose. The closeness of her white horses head brings a feeling of true companionship as they ride together through the mist of clouds into their fantasy land. The subjects are perfectly balanced within the mist. The horses legs slowly fade as he glides through the sky. The feathers on his coat are a nice addition to bring out contrast of his stunning white coat against the blue background. The girl's eyes are focusing on me as she stares wisely into the foreground. The dark blue shaded effect in the very foreground adds to the intensity of the picture and contrasts well with the beauty of the white horse. The scene has a feeling of mystery, inner strength and allows the imagination to flow. Thank you for sharing this amazing artwork.
