This is just outstanding and the depth in this digital art is really remarkable. I love the white pelicans that really stand out on top of this rock. The detail and clarity in this work are magnificent along with a wonderful soft sky that gives balance and beauty to this work. Very well done. Best of luck in the competition.

Beautiful image well presented. The pelicans are very well rendered and I like how you have echoed them in the picture They stand out against the falling blue light of evening . The illusion of rocks and water (including starfish) really bring out the totality of this image. Good luck in the contest.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your awesome digital artwork of these stunning pelicans resting after a day of fishing. What a surrealistic setting.. Soothing to the eye.. I love the effect of the 3 pelicans lit up as if on the stage, as they perch comfortably on the large rock in the foreground. Their stances, all differing yet blending nicely as a flock, looking quite proud of themselves, Heads held high for the world to enjoy. I like the varying textures and linear shapes used through the scene. the smooth rock face in the foreground , the angular more rugged ground in the centre and mellowing to the mauve hues in the background. Truly a great visual effect that offers great depth of field. The misty mauve haze in the background gives the scene a mystifying appeal and contrasts nicely with the smooth surface of rock in the foreground. The darker tones of the rock surfaces contrast perfectly with the white and black feather coats of the pelicans. they really pop in the scene . I like the addition of the distant pelicans, again they add good depth of field ... The overall emotion is mellow and appealing to the eye. thanks for sharing your pelican scene. a real pleasure to review. best of luck in the contest. cheers mel
