Haha sounds like mum and dad went and did this when they were 21 maybe? lol. A beautiful capture looking straight down the street with this hugely impressive and multi coloured canopy filling the sky above with eye catching and typically Vegas style colours, and an incredible amount of lights by the sounds of it! Nice low lit scene that gives good perspective and has good long DOF, the focus is a little soft and the detail could be better but nothing to drop points for. Positioned well and capturing the colours from all sides and angles as they merge into this slightly mind bending mass of light and colour! It is a good angle, not quite so unusual but still overall a great shot, and best of luck in the polls! :)
