hi James thanks for sharing this delightful rendition of the young lady, in portrait form.. Your well detailed brush strokes have given her body some lovely curved lines which give her a somewhat sensual appeal. Her well shaped long legs curled up upon the chair show off her buttocks and thigh nicely.. Ad her well shaped lower limb has good muscle tone.. I love the inclusion of those red shoes she wears.. They compliment her relaxed pose and give her that truly casual appearance. An interesting touch to your portrait James. Her well defined face with rather large lips and nicely pointed nose give her a mysterious emotion and I like the hair draped loosely over her forehead and flowing freely over her shoulder and breast.. Good shading used on her face to accentuate her cheek bones.. Strong emphasis used to render her eyes. they seem well focused on something or someone in the distance.. I like the inclusion of just one breast.. Her hair seems unintentionally draped over the other. but this is a nice addition and gives her a rather sensual appeal. The long dark locks of hair are nicely framed around her face and well balanced over her shoulders.. Her hand on the right has a natural pose as she twirls her hair her with her fingers. Her hand on the left tucked behind her thing lets the imagination flow.. I won't say what she appears to be doing. but it certainly makes my imagination run wild. Like the shading used on her skin. it adds texture to her flesh, offers good eye appeal. Love the old chair upon which she is perched. with its wicker seat and its straight long legs .. The upright frame which she is leaning against looks like great timber used to create the seat.. A pleasing addition to the scene. I like the chosen dark background.. it makes her pop and also brings out the beauty in the chair itself ..thanks for sharing your artwork with us James. as always it appeals to the eye and is a pleasure to review. cheers mel
