Happy puppies. Happy life. They are adorable and look like they are in doggie heaven. What a scene with the gorgeous mountains in the background pushing the sea to the shore. The waves are lovely and how nice to have the rocks for texture. Our beaches have a lot of shells and seaweed and hot white sand. I love that you can hardly tell the difference in the clouds and the top of the mountains. Super lighting and depth. Sweet puppies.

Awe, thank you so much and my boys thank you too! They love to go to this beach and as soon as we turn on the road to get there they start getting super excited! There are some shells on this beach, I love to look for and find agates! I appreciate all of your support and friendship very much!

We look for shark's teeth and try not to step on the jelly fish. :D

Oh what a lovely photo of your fur babies.
They look so happy running on the beach.
This is a lovely land/beachscape. Those silhouetted mountains in the back are awesome.
This is such a happy photo and I am so glad you shared it with us.

I think this is basically a well shot image, however I think you lost the focus of the shot (the dogs). I would suggest cropping out most or all of the background, it is very nice but doesn't add to what the picture is about. I would crop down to some of the front beach, the diagonal line of the surf and some of the water. That will put the emphasis where I think you want it - on the dogs playing on the beach with the water. Of course that is just my opinion. Looking at the larger version of the shot it looks like the camera focus on the dogs is good, the color is good and the lighting is good. Cropping down will make this a much more active and playful shot. Well seen.

Thank you very much for sharing your perspective with me, I suppose I should have been more careful in wording my description, I was presenting this as a Day on the beach, here in Alaska we practically celebrate sunshiny weather, the dogs were left in because of Fisher with just one foot on the ground. I do have shots that are of just the two dogs romping that I will post one day.

They are beautiful dogs and I like how happy their faces and body language look in this capture. Nice stop action and a peaceful looking landscape. Kaiser looks contented with the stick!

After those breathtaking landscapes, here's a whiff of fresh air & seascape!

Dynamic image.
Well timed still motion shot.
Sharply focused. Subtly lit.
Ideally framed.
Monochromatic backdrop.
Visually soothing & appealing.
Good perspective & long depth of field...

Thanks for sharing...

It looks like they're having a lot of fun! You composed this photo very well and I love all the beautiful shades of blue you captured, especially in the mountains.

'Way Cool',Pat!
That's a fine looking photo with a pleasantly amusing tone to it!
And I love the name 'Kaiser' which is so very appropriate for a dog of this breed! ( 'Kaiser Wilhelm' was the name of one of favorite dogs,a rather high spirited crossbreed Dachshund, who was my best friend for many years! : ) )
'Good Show'my friend!

Thank you so very much Sean! Yeah, he acted like a little king from the moment we brought him home, he is 110 lbs and gentle as a lamb! Dachshunds are a cousin, coming from Germany too, they are great little dogs!

The dogs, the beach, the breaking waves... all great but the light on the distant mountains is superb. Nicely composed but that blue sand takes a little getting used to.

Stunning shot. Love the beach colors for that shot. Why is it that the dogs upon being at the beach have to run, chase, bite the water and slip thru the sand? It makes them happy as we can see by this shot. Dog can be happy! Stunning shot and I thank you for this brilliant shot.
