Well created portrait of this man, he does indeed have a scowl , it's a good entry for the contest! Well created face with good facial features, I like his blue eyes, nice brown jacket with yellow shirt and the yellow tie with red stripes. Well shows facial expression. thank you. He has amazingly blue eyes! That tie has something to do with a cricket club in England.
