Perfectly focused on the eye of the bird as he peers into the sky. Love the colors - think the bird would have popped more if background was blurred but overall a lovely presentation. :)

This is a nice photo to look at. The colors on the bird are vibrant with energy and compliment the photo with the bird being the main focus. The natural background gives a feel that the viewer is present.

Sharp, crisp and well displayed. I would love to one of little guys up close and personal. The colors are goregous. Love the tourquoise blues that are around his head. The contrasting orange really gives him visibility. Beautiful work.

We don't have Hummingbirds with their colourful plumage but we do have this little beauty . That has us running up & downstream on the Dodder hoping to catch sight of it preferably perched so we can focus the camera on it.... often all you see is an iridescent blue Bullet shape speeding past us!

The Kingfisher is such a beautiful bird with the colorful feathers, and this one is posing for you in such a lovely way. The light is falling so nicely on the bird, and it is standing out from the green foliage in an excellent way.

What a beautiful little bird! As you probably know, I have a bird feeder in my yard. I have never seen this type of a bird out there, but I guess that is due to where I live. I like the way the light is really highlighting the bird and the branch he is perched on.
