Awesome seascape. It shows the power of our weather, very dynamic. My only suggestion is to bring the moon down a bit so it does not touch the top of the canvas. Well done!

A beautiful seascape on the night of the full moon that's lighting up the scene & a moonbeam reflected on the North sea below as it inches up the beach in the foreground. Created in your artist's eye for composition, very skilful brushwork, beautiful choice & application of your colours in bringing this scene to life on your canvas.

This a lovely night scene of the sea in the moonlight. The whitecaps recede nicely. My only suggestion is to lower the moon enough, so it is not touching the top border.

Hi Suzanne, I think you added just the right amount of dark blue to make this appear as night-time. Both the the sky and the water showcase that feel beautifully.. Love the light stream of the mon across the water. Looks like there may be a storm brewing as the sea looks choppy and there are aresome heavy clouds.I can se why you won the contest. Wow! Well done with that moon giving lots of light. I have seen scenes like this and this does work well. You have captures the waves in the light, the reflection of the moon form the sky to the beach colored sand is great. Well done

It projects a pleasingly mysterious ( almost 'eerie' ) kind of a tone and it's sort of Romantic too!

First of all Congratulations on your win in the contest. It was my favorite.

As I have started an art class in oil painting I can really appreciate your work here. The colors and the textures are really well done.

This is a lovely acrylic painting and so beautiful to depict the night so well. Like the imagery so much with the imaginative water, clouds and foliage in the difference. Nice moon also.
