This is indeed a striking photo Soulfeeder, with the green mum against the all black background. I especially like the simplicity of this shot, and also the small droplets on the flower.
The mum is standing out sharp and well defined against the background, and it is clear details to be seen in the petals of the flower. Also the exposure is spot on.
The square format you have cropped the photo into works well, and the flower has got a fine placement within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

What a stunning image! I love the way the black background emphasizes the fresh green flower that I think is a Chrysanthemum it is a perfect placement within the frame and I like the way the stem is reaching in from lower right corner. You have brought out every detail in this flower.
