I think this lotus bloom is even prettier than the one you won a contest with, and I especially like the all dark background and the lovely droplets on its petals. The light is also falling on the lotus in such an enchanting way.
The photo is sharp showing such clear and well defined details in all the petals, the exposure is spot on, and the colors truly striking.
The cropping is perfect, and the Lotus is well placed within the frame. This of course makes for a good and well balanced composition. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo Soulfeeder, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Attractive flower shot is this and background being black makes the detail stand out much more in this,maybe a few more water droplets would have improved it but other than that well done...Brian

A beautiful picture of this pink Lotus flower encrusted with liquid Diamonds sparling in the sunlight is also glowing through the petals as the flower stands out in contrast from the dark background. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus. Good luck in the contest.
