Very creative and interesting artwork with great details.
The subdued colors palette and the overall presentation are nicely showing in this artwork .

This is special James. I feel your curcumstances and trials you are going through has inspired your work in creating this angel. She is darkly coloured in a darkish surround and you are
having dark days my friend. But angels have the way to light and you will come through this. My thoughts and prayers for you and yours. Xx Brenda

I'm sorry to hear about your stepfather- maybe you could do with the guidance and protection of this beautiful angel. The golden tones give her an air of majesty. Beautiful work.

Hi James, So sorry to hear about your step-dad! It looks like your emotions were the catalyst for this image. The dark colors seem to indicate the stress your going thru. Seems like your angel is contemplating a lot! A very emotional piece. Hope everything turns out well! :o) Nancy

James, sorry to hear of your strife and tough times. I was starting to worry, not hearing from you. This is a beauty here. Her body is well proportioned and we get wings too. Very nicely done, good to hear from you. I just did a pastel, first one in many, many years. Ray

I'm sorry to hear about the ill health of your step father. I hope and pray he recovers fast and that you'll continue to paint exciting works like the one I'm seeing now. Good luck!

Sorry to learn of your troubles. Hope things will return to normality soon. Like your full composition allowing us a good view at that sultry-looking angel. Well drawn!

This is gorgeous work on pastel paper. I really like the golden surroundings that highlight the angel although she is in the abyss. Unique. Really nice wings. Sorry about your stepfather. Was he husband to your precious mother that passed? May your stepfather improve and please let him know we are praying for his recovery and for you both during this difficult time.
