I thought this was a photograph until I zoomed in. This is such a gorgeous painting. Excellent detail on the flowers and green surrounding them. Makes me more excited for Spring! Excellent work!

The morning glories are indeed very beautiful and so well rendered with such realistic shape, structure and proportions , the color has been expertly applied to show the way the light falls on the blooms .
I lam be the background here it's such a pretty assortment of greenery that works to emphasize the beautiful blooms!

Beautiful artwork of the Morning Glory flowers and foliage. The colors are very natural. The white on right is a little distracting but overall a lovely artwork.
I love these flowers but as you say they pop up everywhere and unfortunately kill off native plants if they escape into the environment. They are classed as noxious weeds where I live.

Thanks for your fine review and input, artist friend, along with encouragement and suggestions. I agree with you; here they try to take over so much, including our Roses of Sharon. I probably should have made up another flower where the white is, but I kind of wanted a little abstract there.

Glena as soon as I saw your title I was immediate to see this. Morning Glory is one of my special favourites. We have purple ones wild on the island. You have seriously made a good job of these.
