Looks a beautiful place and your composition is very nice.
The skyline is blown out, hence the 1/2 star reduction.
The foreground colors are natural and add interest to the overall image which is focused nicely.

I like the flowers and reeds as they sit in the marsh, the foreground makes a significant impact. I also like the fact that this was taken with a OnePlus Pro. The best of luck in the contest. Ray

While this view is quite pleasing to the eye in general. I think the view would have been better without the water in the background, but more focused on the summer blloms and greenery. Good luck in the contest
