You have produced an excellent photo representation of 'waves'- as seen in the waves of the water that the brave adventurous surfer is entering. The clouds in the sky also present waves-like formations, as do the gigantic waves-like looks of the mountains.

Excellent seascape Nik. I am partial to the color blue, and this take fits that bill just fine.
Well timed and framed. The building surf and the lone surfer board in hand splashing out to catch a ride - excellent visual narrative.
Camera technique is top of the line sharp and clearly focused.

Good use of observation in this on your part nikman,but two things spring to mind,the horizon just needs tweaking to make it level[not much] and i really think if you had got that person this would be better,but still like you spotted this one...Brian

A very nice shot of this surfer heading into the ocean. And he has a wet suit on I notice, which is good as the Atlantic is cold most of the year. The blue sea and clouds in the sky, and the hills in the background are a great backdrop for this surfer.

Heading in is correct. From the looks of it he is about to catch a pretty good wave here. You captured the raw beauty in the beach and especially in the water. This makes me ready for summertime by looking at this photo. You caught an excellent angle and shot. Thank you for sharing

Nice capture. Love how our young surfer stands out against the background, though I think if you had cropped the shot he would have stood out more. Love the hills in the background and the clouds. Too bad you didn't get him on the surfboard heading back in. Thanks for the shot.
