sandysartstudio, is the home of artist Sandra Sengstock-Miller. Sandy paints mainly wildlife and animals but is very lucky as she can turn her brush or pastels to most subjects. you can view sandy's other art at www.sandrasengstockmiller.com

In 2000 Sandy was chosen for the Faber Castell wildlife exhibition at the Faber Castell castle in Germany. Sandy's chosen artwork a pastel, sold

The year 2004 saw her head to Bristol in England for an International Wildlife Art Exhibition where her art was being exhibited.

Sandy has exhibited in many many joint exhibitions and has had 2 solo exhibition. Sandy has won major art awards.

Sandy also helps to organize a group of 15 professional wildlife artists for exhibitions though out Queensland Australia.

Sandy's art work of her Southern Cassowary was chosen from Internatonal artist to make finals at St James Court Mall galleries in London in 2010.

Sandy has drawn right from a small child and will never lose the pleasure of art and the fulfillment when another art piece sells.

Sandy had now added portrait to her resume. All work is done from personal photos. If you feel that sandy is the right artist to paint your portraits please contact her. A deposit is required before work is started and full amount on the art work being finished to your satification.

Please contact Sandy for freight charges to your country or state. Paintings are professional packed and sent insured and airmail unless instructed to do otherwise. sandysartstudio: Hi all I am back from my trip to New Zealand the Sydney. The weather went from sunny but crisp to rainy, gale force winds and thick fog only to come home to Toowoomba to cold windy rainy weather. Apart from the weather we had a very good holiday which I enjoyed.
Now it is back to work painting.

sandysartstudio: Hi everyone, I am off to New Zealand on Wednesday and then back to Sydney and off to the Blue mountains for a few days back to Sydney and then fly to Brisbane and a 2 hour drive home. Had my work recommended for a new gallery and then a business man approached me to hand my art work in his new show room. i was more than tickled pink but a lot of work getting all art works ready just as I was organizing to go away. As the saying goes it doesn't rain it pours.

Everyone keep safe until I return at the end of May. Sandy

sandysartstudio: I arrived at one of our local fairs/shows to find that I had won a $100 for my cows and chooks so I came home with a smile on my face. Art sales and prizes are really rolling at the moment for me. OH! what a feeling.........sandy

sandysartstudio: At the Toowoomba Grammar School at the weekend I end up with a small sale. My "Rainforest Chatter" painting of a wren and ranforest sold straight off.

There were a lot of artists who had lovely work and did not sell. I am gratefull for my sale.

The organizers did not invite a lot of artists this year and leant towards photography to take their place with limited success.

Having a sale should leave me a foot in the door for next year's exhibtion.

sandysartstudio: The lastest developments in my art. My jersey girls won me a box of hard conte pastel. I sent them to Canberra our national capital and they got highly commended.
I sold a little wren so had to do another to replace to for an art exhibition. There is a big art exhibition in our town this weekend. I have 5 pieces in so see if I sell anything. No prizes just a massive exhibition of paintings for sale.

sandysartstudio: Back again after the Christmas spell and my cruise. I went on the Americian Holland line with a friend for a 2 weeks cruise around New Zealand. Been so many times to New Zealand so wanted to cruise around it. A wonderful 2 weeks. It was then back home from Sydney to head to Hervey Bay across from the famous Fraser Island. Had a week there with family and then home to put the nose to the grind stone and paint. I have done about 5 paintings so I have been working. A great new year to all.

That chinese artist in Singapore didn't know what he started by letting me watch him demonstrate. I thought i can do that and came home and started my journey with chinese watercolours.

    sandysartstudio: Hi all, I have been away travelling to Singapore, Borneo, Malacca and back home. To the beach for a wet week with my mother and then home again to then fly with a friend (leaving hubby at home) to Cairns in the tropics of North Queensland. All the places were so nice and warm not like this icy weather we are gettin at the moment.
