David is from the north of England and recently retired having had his own small construction company for 42years. He always tended to lean to more physical passtimes i.e. hiking , running , cycleing and tai chi, only dabbleing occasionally in art and photography, Now retired he has found the time to spend trying to develope his art , only taking photo,s whem on holiday or weekends away , but still see,s photography as an extension to the way he views art , applying the same rules and aspirations

just in case i hav;nt mentioned it to evryone who;s work i normaly review , i wont be on site for two weeks starting this coming sunday as we are off on a family vacation to Florida. taking my daughter , son-inlaw and Emma and Max my two grandchildren as well as Susan my wife of course , will be great to feel some real sunshine on my back and dry out after our wettest summmer ever recorded , , so see you all when i return , like Arnie "I'll be baaachk"

Im hoping by joining a site like this it will prompt me to be a little more focused and give me an oppertunity to improve

But I would like to know what is it with British and Europeans especially Germans who have this Romantic Love for the North American Aboriginal. I'm from Canada, Manitoba to be exact and Aborigianls here are most positively viewed in an entirely different light. The Aboriginals south of the border are worlds apart from both in culture and history when compared to what we have here in Central Canada
